The up and down rotation of the compression spring is the same as that of the left-hand and right-hand screws. If it is a compression spring, the left-handed and right-handed rotation is the same for the ups and downs, but the application is still dominated by the right-handed extension spring; but if it is a torque extension spring, left-handed and right-handed It is not the same, because the two torques are just opposite.
How does the compression spring differentiate between left-handed and right-handed: the identification method for external threads should be the same. Left is left, right is right!
1. Look at the height of the compression spring after it is straightened, which means which direction of rotation.
2. Cut along the radial axis, facing the front view, the left-hand side is left-handed, and the right-hand side is right-handed.
3. Hold the compression spring with the right hand, and the upper edge, which is in the same position as the ring finger of the right hand, is left-handed.
4. Hold the compression spring with the left hand, and the upper edge, which is in the same position as the ring finger of the left hand, is clockwise.
The spring force is not suitable for the rule of the spring, which is that a certain spring force must be formed under the required deformation. Once the load is removed, the spring will be repaired to a random length, and the fitness moving parts will be smoothly changed to the setting position. But sometimes it cannot be in place due to insufficient spring force.
Among them, there are processing technology elements. From the two key calculation methods of the spring, namely the deformation formula calculation: λ=8PD32n/Gd4 and the ground stress formula calculation τ=K8PD2/πd3, it is known that the spring force is greatly affected by the diameter of the stainless steel wire, the diameter of the ring, the deformation and the number of turns. It is closely related to the characteristics of raw materials, working temperature, and load characteristics and driving force, and can form a linear line of spring force and deformation.
